Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, szczegółowe instrukcje gdzie co i jak łącznie z parkowaniem czy dobrymi restauracjami, jak dotrzeć, gdzie wysiąść z pociągu. Bardzo czysto, w mieszkaniu a właściwie już na klatce schodowej pięknie pachnie. Wygodne łóżko i kanapa, w kuchni wszystko co potrzebne, nawet mleko w lodówce. Mieszkanie położone bardzo blisko tramwaju. Łatwy dojazd nawet z dużą walizka z Alicante czy do Altea. Dwa balkony z różnych stron. W okresie zimowym możliwość ogrzewania klimatyzacja lub dmuchawa. Bardzo blisko kawiarni z gorącą czekolada regionalnej wytwórni valor. 🍫

Erg mooi gerenoveerd pand, zeer hygiënisch. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder.

Jammer dat het dicht tegen de weg ligt, waardoor je ‘ s morgens het verkeer hoorde.

Wir sind Öffi-fahrer, daher war die Lage in der Nähe der Bahnstation und in der Altstadt genau richtig. Gastgeberin Kike hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt. Die wichtigsten Geschäfte waren fast nebenan und jeden Tag geöffnet, die Restaurants am Strand waren schnell erreichbar, es gab aber hauptsächlich nur Touristenessen, wie üblich.

Das Apartment liegt direkt unter dem Dach und über eine sehr steile, schmale Treppe erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer zum Fluss schauend war vom Verkehr auf der nahen Brücke laut, das Fenster (Tür) musste zubleiben. Der Wohnraum schaut auf die Gasse und war dementsprechend finster.

Proximity to beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, train etc was excellent. Apartment was well equipped with all that you could possibly need to cook, or clean, a washing machine too. Balcony doors back and front. Living room overlooked the cobbled alley of the beautiful colourfully painted houses and the other side looked out to ravine with river running through it and you could see the sea, ahead. The bed was really comfortable a great mattress. We enjoyed our stay very much and this area has lots to offer.

Although everything was as pictured it did look a bit tired in places. There was dust along some edges and the tile grout had become dirty and gone discoloured, particularly in the shower room. Although the flight of stairs was pictured, around the corner were two further flights which were much smaller but very steep. My partner and I are in our 60s and did struggle to get our suitcase...upstairs. I feel this should have been shown in the photos, too.

Unique location, super clean

Ubicación inmejorable, muy cerquita de la playa y del centro del pueblo. El apartamento es como se indica en las fotos. Nos gustó mucho el detalle del desayuno y la botella de agua, se agradece mucho.

Había un poco de ruido en la calle del apartamento.
