Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Carpet is full of dirt and hair.

The location was central, and surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The room itself was nice and clean. It was a little small, but covered what we needed. It had a small kitchen with all the basics. Also, the room is pretty sound proof so you don't get much noise from the street.

There was a construction going on in the first floor and it was a bit noisy at times, but as bad as I would have expected it. The photos available show one of the rooms, but not the one we got so it was a bit different than we expected. Still, the room was pretty good.

Location was amazing, the room was gorgeous and the staff very helpful!

The location is perfect. The host was nice and he gave us a lot of good recommendations. Great value for price, totally recommend.

The apartment was central and generally was as advertised once you were inside but was difficult to access - see below - and smelled damp and was damp. No breakfast was provided despite breakfast being included in the price. There were a few coffee pods and tea bags and no milk or anything else for breakfast. When questioned about this the host said he had emailed arrangements to me about where to go for breakfast (at a local restaurant) but I never received such an email and he has not refunded me the amount I paid for 8 x breakfasts for two adults despite promising to do so.

The apartment was in a pedestrian zone and had a steep staircase (and no elevator). Neither fact was mentioned in the advertising. I was traveling with my 88-year old mother and accessing the apartment was problematic for the whole stay especially on arrival and departure as a taxi could not approach closer than 100 metres. Also, I was promised a reserved car park on site which does not exist. When questioned about this the host said he reserved a spot at a nearby car park and emailed me the details which he never did. I cancelled the rental car I had arranged as it was not practical for me.

Perfect location right in the centre, also close to the archeological museum and to the bus stop for Knossos. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable bed, spacious room with a couch and a big TV. The kitchen has everything you need, Nespresso machine, nice crockery and glasses etc. lovely little touches like a jar of biscuits and a bottle of wine when we arrived. Great bathroom, even has a little washing machine, very welcome when you've been travelling for a while. The host provided lots of suggestions for eating out, always helpful when you want your find authentic food as the amount of restaurants in the centre is slightly overwhelming.

The apartment is at the heart of the city centre next to many bars, restaurants and cafés. Late check out was possible and that was very pleasant! The apartment itself was clean and is equipped with all necessary amenities.Its design is also elegant and the apartment is as shown in the pictures.

The fact that the apartment is in such a central location can have one disadvantage. Specifically, there was a bar right next to the apartment and during the weekend it was hard to sleep at night. Moreover, when you book the apartment, they later ask you to pay a 50€ damage deposit, which they return few days after the check out. Finally, the bathroom should have had more hangers for the towels.

The location was great
