Open views to green hills.Excellent location for sights,train,services.Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment.Wifi.Water kettle,plenty of kitchen ware,simple kitchen corner where you can make simple meals.Responsive host who speaks English.They let me store my bag in the apartment for a couple of hours after check-out.
Short check-in time frame 15-18,the host told me arrival at 20 would be late.Some noise from restaurants down on the street late in the evening,but such nuisance can be expected for such a central location.

Great location with walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Nice little kitchen for when we wanted a home cooked meal.
Not sure if this is normal, but on Saturday and Sunday nights people outside were talking quite loudly until well past midnight.

Parking was a short walk away and extra cost. Very little space to prepare food in the kitchen.

The apartment was clean and very cozy with all the commodities for a shorter or longer stay in the very center of historical Tivoli. The owner was very attentive and even came to pick me up by car at the station. I had the chance to stay at his other apartment as well as there was a problem with some strange smell. I can highly recommend both apartments, I will surely return.

Near the train station and the Gregorian Villa, Just steps away from the historical city centre. Very spacious and comfortable. Modern appliances. Very nice host. Clean.

Great little apartment with all necessary appointments and good heating. Perfect location in the centre of the old town a nice view of surrounding hills.
For older or infirm guests the steep steps to the first floor could be difficult.

Location at centre and only short walking distance from train station. Friendly wellcome. And also friendly staff. We , 3 of us, enjoy our 2 nights stay. It was rainy but umbrella available in the apartment. Also towells provided.
