"Very Good"

Spacious and comfortable, good location

No cleaners during stay and pool was dirty by end of week Walk in showers leak and end up flooding floor

The pool, privacy, location, and well equipped. .

Had to disconnect electricity every time we left the building... couldn't separate electricity key from gate key. Showers flooded floors...poor slope into drains*2. Sofa is only suitable for lounging on, not sitting upright.

"Lovely stay"

Lovely villa, ideal location 5 minutes walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Apart from the safe not working, which I did report, the facilities are great. Contact with rep was ok, we were able to leave our bags at the villa before we checked in so that we could go for lunch etc. Would book again.

Excellent location for Matagorda. Modern finish to the property, nice small heated pool.

Directions to the Villa could have been better, map image on email needs updating, currently marking Villa Kike. Electricity key would be better being separate from main keys.
