Elevated Coastal Escape - Breathtaking Views

Apartment furnished to a very high standard. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful views from the balcony area.

Occasional loud noises from water pipes in the cupboard. Beds a bit too high for the children.

Great location, very comfortable apartment with amazing views and a lovely deck. Was perfect for a mid-week stay and just a short walk from North Sands and a comfortable walk into Salcombe. Key collection was easy and there was a nice welcome pack waiting. Comfortable beds and good pillows. Plenty of crockery and cooking implements and a full oven. There were also supplies of dishwashing tablets etc to get started and some basics like olive oil, salt and pepper etc which are small things but make holidaying easier.

It would've been great to have at least a few coffee pods for the provided machine (they aren't available at the local co op so we just used the plunger) and also a hanging basket for shower gel/shampoo in the ensuite bathroom. I was surprised no shower gel was provided (at least a small hotel size one) and also that we were required to strip the beds given the price was comparable to a hotel. A couple of notes for others: the bed in the second bedroom was made up as a king sized when it specified it would be twin unless requested. We wanted twins so hadn't requested. Not a big deal for us but might be for some people. Also the car park is really tight if you have a bigger car due to the angle of the car spaces and low stone walls (which you can't see when parking) so we mostly parked on the street as it was easier.
