The cleanliness of the place and lack of bugs. The place is well kept looked after

The lack of complete check in instructions. The lady left out a lot of thing in her check in instructions and is a long back and forth to check in. I think she needs to employ a house manager so the entire experience is worth the money

Area was lovely Unit itself was beautiful and clean. My family enjoyed their holiday

The security guards were very rude. Getting food delivered was extremely problematic. We also did not have hot water to shower or bath... Despite contacting the owner.
