"Poor communication"

The facilities are nice

The communication was very poor. I received confusing emails the day we were due to arrive and we were also sent the wrong key collection information, sending us to a completely different town. When we tried to contact the host they did not answer. The host never contacted us to apologize for sending us to the wrong town.
