There is no breakfast, nor was one advertised, but there is a wonderful bar about 5 minutes away. There is a coffee maker in the room with cream and sugar. Also, a small fridge that had two bottles of water in it! The bathroom was perfect, not too large nor too small. The shower was excellent, with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The towel warmer is a nice touch! The view from our window was breathtaking, and the location could not have been better. It was also very quiet and with the shutter on the window closed, very dark with no sun to wake you up, unless you wanted it open. Plenty of electric outlets by the bed and two lamps. The extra pillows had fresh pillow cases, which you don't find in most B&Bs or even hotels. We loved every little detail in this room. Also, Orvieto is a magical city and we loved every moment there.

We loved everything about this room. The view, the size of the bed, the cleanliness, the cookies, the wine, the bottles of water in the fridge. The host could not have been more helpful and friendly. Parking was also included and very close to the unit. There is no elevator, but it is on the first floor, so only about 15 steps. No problem!

The view alone made it a great place to stay. We were far enough away from the busy area to have some quiet but close enough for easy access. The free vouchers for breakfast were unexpected and an amazing experience. Shout out to Dolceamaro and their super friendly staff!

We were really looking forward to catching up on our washing after 2 weeks of traveling but the sign said we needed permission to use the machine in the bathroom and there was no provision for drying washing so we decided to use a nearby self service laundry.

Ci hanno incantato la vista stupenda, la posizione centrale, la pulizia e la bellezza dell’appartamento. Infine, la padrona di casa è stata molto accogliente ed eccezionale nelle indicazioni relative a cosa fare nei giorni a Orvieto.

En el centro de Orvieto. Dejamos el coche en el parking de la Fiera y subimos en ascensor al pueblo, está muy cerca del alojamiento.

No había desayuno, pero fuimos a una pastelería muy buena que está cerca.
