Super clean and modern. Family/staff is super friendly and helpful. They offered me some of their lunch one day. Close to the beach! Breakfast is delicious. They provide a bicycle because its far from town. Will help with booking tours, transport and scooters. Pool looked nice but it was cold/rainy during my stay so didn’t go in

Im the dorms there are no curtains on top bunks or outlets to charge your phone up there. No one has their own reading light. Far from town, but that was on me for not reading the description.

Would absolutely recommend staying at the Sun Paradise Villa if you visit Hoi An. We were originally planning on staying just for two nights, but we enjoyed the place so much we actually ended up staying there for 7 nights. The beds are probably the best we have had in Vietnam, the duvets are really comfortable and the rooms themselves are clean, spacious and modern. You can really sense that the villa itself is drawn by the husband of the host, who is an architect, and specially designed for hosting both visitors and the family itself. The location next to the beach in a quiet area is really nice, and you can easily go to the old town from the villa. They provide a bike rental free of charge, and also motorbike rental. It is just a five minute walk to the private beach, or a relaxing bike ride to the more famous (but also more busy) beaches of Hoi An. The host and her family are really warm and welocoming, they arrange family dinners twice a week so you can easily meet the other people staying in the hostel and also get to know the owner and her family better. The location of a family tailor shop in-house by the reception/dining area is really convenient, and you will get the special experience of fitting clothes while your travelling company enjoy their breakfast. This will also save you trips to the old town for fitting. We found the prices really reasonable, and we are really satisfied with the fit. The quality of the fabric seems really good. The place is also perfect for dog-lovers, as the family has two small puppies. The boy pup Tiger is a little shy, but the girl pup Larou is quite cozy.

The only thing I can think of is that the water in the shower took some time to get warm, and that the wifi sometimes was a little bit unstable, but that goes for the entire Vietnam I think.

Fantastic place with a very homey atmosphere. The owners are fantastic, very helpful and they even make a family dinner twice a week, where it is possible to meet the other guests. I would def recommend

The hosts were amazing, suoer helpful and friendly. Rooms big and clean, modern and very nice pool. The breakfast pancakes and the fresh orange juice are a must try! There is also a cheap tailor inside the hostel, although quality is not top notch.

The Swiss dude, Gian, who is living there was a bit annoying. Especially his sexist remarks were a big nono. If you don't like dogs be aware that there are two not potty trained small dogs. I think the AC wasn't working properly, but it was still comfortable. If you like to take a hot shower, you might not be satisfied with the water temperature.
