1 easy check-in procedure arrived late property was well lit and instructions were easy to follow 2 free parking 3 Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice surprise 4 Very large apartment airy and spacious 5 very comfy high-quality beds 6 local restaurants and shops 7 easy public transport to Castle or short walk Everything was fantastic Above & Beyond

It was clean

The shower was cold in one of the bedrooms and was not setting

The property was a perfect fit for four adults. It is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The best thing about it were the host, Martin and Kristin, they went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They gave us suggestions on what we could do in Edinburgh and followed up to see how much we enjoyed it. I can’t say enough good things about the two of them

Nothing it was absolutely perfect

Very comfortable apartment with good sized rooms and we'll equipped kitchen.

Increased water pressure in the double room en suite shower would be an improvement.

Lovely furnishings and decor. Free parking right outside. Spacious and comfortable.

We were unable to control the heating. Shower in the main bedroom was very weak. However the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Lovely apartment with good sized rooms. Very well decorated and both bedrooms had en-suites which was great. An outstanding kitchen. Overall a good size and made an excellent base to explore Edinburgh

It was a little cold at times as the central heating came on and off during the day and we did not have access to the timer. Linen could have been higher quality.

It was horrible property. I had to immediately relocated next day since I tried adjusting in the property and was also exhausted to change same night. The host denied our claim that the property was not upto mark. I have photograph proofs that the property was very bad.

We found apartment not as per expectations and thus we’ve just moved out A few points - 1. Odour in kitchen 2. Kitchen and some utensils not clean 3. Bathroom curtain had very very strong odour (in the double bed room) 4. The views from the property were not very accurate to the photos 5. the dining table was not suitable for dining since it was shaking a lot 6. The oven was very dirty and seemed like not cleaned in ages 7. Bed Linen and duvet felt old and not cleaned properly 8. The Twin bed room has air leakages from outside and it was very cold particularly the bed attached to the wall 9. In the double bed room during nighttime the water heater in room was very disturbing with a lot of dripping noise which let to disturbed sleep 10. WiFi was super slow, I had planned video calls this morning which were’t buffering properly 11. Bathrooms weren’t clean enough Due to above extensive reasons we had to move out asap today. We had a long 8 hr drive from highlands yesterday and were exhausted and also we tried to adjust ourselves, but since the problems only increased we were left with no choice We request a refund of the remaining nights
