The hosts were very responsive and incredibly welcoming. Loved the location and the spacious open plan living space

The creeky floors made it sound like someone is constantly walking around the flat but not a major issue just takes time to adapt if you're used to a very quiet floor. The bedroom window not opening is a major let down for the property. A washing machine would be a bonus

A lovely little property in an excellent location - would certainly stay here again!

The microfibre towels took a bit of getting used to, but were fine in the end.

The style and comfort of the apartment and its location near the sea. The cleanliness and style of decor, as well as being well equipped.

The steps up to the door at the rear of the apartment made me feel a bit nervous in case I lost my balance, so I was extra cautious!

Location - easy to get to the beaches, nice bar next door. Hosts were very responsive to questions in advance. Apartment was well laid out, plenty of space.

It was cleaned well - porch hadn't been cleaned, obviously marks on coffee table and dirty floor in living room area. The floors and walls are very thin, you can hear everything from next door and above

Stayed there to be near friends for a special birthday. We liked the open plan and separate bedroom. Good modern facilities.

Parking was good to have but where and how to park was a little unclear. More storage in bedroom would be good. Plus instructions for heating would have bee n helpful. Shame about stain on your lovely sofa that was there when we came.

Very spacious, bright and clean. Great location between the sea front and the town. Good selection of restaurants in walking distance. Very comfy bed. Used as a base to visit other places e.g. Brighton, Worthing using the local railway services. Can highly recommend Fred's chip shop next door! A short walk along the river is the Arun View pub which is a lovely spot for an outdoors drink overlooking the river.

Well-appointed, clean flat in a good location. No noise.

Was a little bit difficult to find, but not a big problem.
