"Avoid at all costs!"

This property location is in the city centre however it is behind a takeaway shop which is open until late hours , it almost seems like this property is a converted shed , there is no privacy as a lot of the workers or people were in and out. 1. The shower head was already broken 2. The washing was placed in the washing machine, ( they should have spare linen which they didn’t provide and expected it to be so clean if that’s the case they should not have a washing machine !) The owners of this property had demanded a £400 payment after I left the property! , I am a regular User of booking.com and have booked a lot of properties! , it should not be the guests responsibility to “DEEP CLEAN” the property was left in a great condition ! All the mess was in a black bag and left! As it should be. They have just found any excuse to blame.
