The apartment is awesome - cleaner than most places I've stayed at in Indonesia awesome view, has everything necessary, including a small kitchenette and a laundry machine, a balcony, and allows access to the complex's pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Through no fault of the owner or the apartment, there is no way to sleep past 4 AM when the nearby mosque blasts its FULL 90-minute prayer on a loud, 100+db speaker for all to hear. No, not just the Adhan, the whole thing. I slept with earplugs and still woke up. I have no idea how nobody in the area is complaining - even Muslims are terrorized daily and the Tahajjud isn't even compulsory. This mosque blasts every single prayer through its speakers and "annoying" is a major understatement. So, if peace and quiet is important to you, even though the apartment itself is nice, this place is not a good choice.

The apartment had a good shower, toilet with the right size, good washing machine and large fridge. The kitchen had everything what you need. In addition, a fast internet connection. Then a good and safe neighborhood with many restaurants and shops. I really like to hear the call to prayer (Adhan) during my stay and with Eid El Adha it was perfect. The security members were friendly.

Actually nothing to report about the apartment. Well if you need a taxi for early check out it is sometimes difficult to find one and with grab you have to wait a long time.

It’s safe, clean and comfortable for female travellers. Very good price for the facilities and place we got. Excellent location as it is right behind Thamrin City mall, the Ascott and Grand Indonesia mall. There’s Restoran Sederhana and many restaurants and cafes within the two malls, all within walking distance. The room was clean with simple furnishing, it was very much like a standard hotel room. The room owner/ management team was very prompt in responding to my messages, which is also a plus point. Would definitely recommend this place for future stays in Jakarta.

The way in to the apartment compound was very quiet but it connected to a busy road so we were not so afraid for our safety. Just a heads up - there are mosques within the building radius, so you will hear the adzan (call for prayer) very clearly, especially for the pre-dawn prayers. It can get very loud as there is a mosque with a loudspeaker right behind the building - so try not to be startled by it. It’s just for a few minutes.
