Connectivity and staff. Room was spacious

not good breakfast; no restaurants near by.

The property is new and The rooms are nice and spacious with high ceiling. There is a full length mirror. Nice night light too.

The staff doesn’t clean the rooms properly. The check in process was troublesome. We were given a smoking room without checking with us. We complained so they pretended to move us to another room. When we confirmed we liked it they demanded extra payment saying it was an upgraded room. We never asked to be upgraded. Then the cleaner informed us that the room designated to us was cleaned and we can move our things. But we found hair and dust on the bedsheets and floor, stains on the mirror and food on the floor. We requested for cleaning to be done properly as I have a 1 year old who crawls. we were just made to stand there in the room while cleaner cleaned the room a second time. We complained about this to Mr. Kamran and there was no apology or acknowledgment. He couldn’t care less. So we decided to keep our expectations to a minimum and manage on our own. The bathroom sink also doesn’t drain well. And the shower only has lukewarm water. No hot water! The handwash soap is watered down. The moisturizer looks like it was used by someone before us. Disgusting! There are no tissues in the room and when we asked for some, they literally counted and gave us 4. 😂 They don’t have a functioning restaurant yet either but the allow delivery. However there’s no one checking in the name of security and people just walk in and out.
