Spacious 2BD with Private Balcony and Free Parking

I enjoy the convenience of our private space

It’s a beautiful spacious apartment, but The apartment needed additional cleaning we had to wipe down and dust the bedroom side tables, the TV stand Terrace handrails and chairs it also needed an exterminator due to the fact that we had to kill bugs, minor maintenance was needed to some parts of the house, such as the bathroom, the living room furniture, and a a fresh coat of paint.

Hot water wasnt hot, kept having to take cold showers

Spacious, well stocked and in walking distance to the convention center, and lots of restaurants.

The size of the apartment, the decoration, technology, decoration

The address given in booking.com was incorrect which took us like 20 min to find, after we called and someone told us the number was 312 N Myer apartment 213. Booking said it was 213 N Myer. The smell in the hallway was really bad, and there was a lot of noise at night from the bar. The next morning there were 3 police cars in the complex.

Way better than a hotel! Clean, clear instructions, and felt like home. We didn’t want to leave!

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, gives uptown!!! Close location to walk to events held at the Specturm Center. Loved the bar attached for a night cap. Great spot for couples, families, or a girls weekend!

Downside- It took us an hour to find the exact location of the unit. The previous review is definitely correct. The address listed is a VACANT lot beside a firestation. The firemen was kind enough to help me. The customer service line instructs you to text or leave a voicemail on an alternate number given. I thought I was being scammed with no place to lay my head! The host responded immediately and assured me they would update it yesterday (10/22/24) it has not. Nor did I receive a door code to access the unit until I asked the host for a code. The "213" address is actually the apt number. The complex is "Alister-Leasing" down from the firestation. Overall I was very satisfied with my unit. I would stay again. Goodluck!

Address was wrong and no code for door

Spacious and a comfy place. It was a nice condo. Just a few things needed attention.

The physical address took us to an empty lot beside the fire dept. Called customer service- NO HELP! We had to find our way. One of the key fob battery was dead A piece of wood at the stove fell off to find it was held on by command strips. Left it sitting on the cabinet. And a drawer needs adjusting on the island. The tv... WAY too confusing. Wouldn't stay connected. It was spinning more than working. And the balcony door wouldn't latch. We had to push it in and fiddle with the lock for it to stay shut. Easy fixes, just needs attention.
