Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. La chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons signalé le problème à la réception dès le premier jour, mais sans succès, d'autant plus que nous souhaitions regarder les matchs de la Coupe du Monde. Le lendemain, nous avons informé la femme de ménage, qui a fait appel à un technicien, mais cela n'a rien changé : la télévision était définitivement hors service. Par conséquent, j'exige que Booking.com intervienne et nous indemnise pour ce désagrément, d'autant plus qu'ils nous ont facturé l'accès à Internet et le service de ménage. Il s'agit de ma pire expérience de voyage, et pourtant, je réserve toujours avec Booking.com.

"Rapport qualité prix ok pour le Strip"

Très bien situé, au centre du Strip. Il est possible de visiter pas mal d'hôtels/casinos à pieds, si on supporte la chaleur extrême à l'extérieur (44°C au moment où nous y étions). Sinon le bus (Deuce) est au pied de l'hôtel. Chambre au calme, nous n'avons pas entendu nos voisins durant notre séjour de 4 nuits. La piscine est un peu trop chaude à mon goût et assez petite mais nous nous sommes baignés deux fois quand même (impossible de nager).

Le check in est un peu long et nos cartes ne fonctionnaient pas la première fois. Les distances sont grandes à Las Vegas et c'était assez agaçant de devoir retourner au lobby avec tous nos bagages pour les faire activer. Eau chaude qui met très longtemps à arriver dans la douche, prévoir quelques minutes à chaque douche. J'ai été piquée/mordue plusieurs fois (ce n'était pas des puces de lit, j'ai vérifié). Ce n'est pas étonnant car il y a de la moquette au sol (hygiène moyenne), quasiment pas de lumière naturelle (vue sur un mur au 2eme étage) et la fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas donc impossible de faire une aération naturelle. Le paradis pour les bestioles...
