"Would stay again. Loved the area and it was a great find."

Loved the peace and quiet. Lovely couple who owned the property. Very friendly and our little dog was made to feel very welcome. Facilities were excellent and property was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfy. A real home from home.

Hot water only worked when we switched the heating off. This was not a problem, we just had to plan for that.

Peaceful location - only birds and lambs to listen to. Convenient for aldeburgh and the suffolk coast. Exceptionally clean and a well equipped kitchen

Not a dislike but there is the honey pot lodge very close by howver neither of you really overlook the other

Little honey pot is clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. In a great location only a few minutes drive from Saxmundham for shopping and close to lots of great places to visit both inland and at the coast.

Cottage garden to be a little more secure so our dog cannot get into next doors garden.
