The location and view is perfect

The seafront and the view from the room window are beautiful and exactly as described in the advertisement. The flat and the bed are extremely comfortable, and I was able to sleep peacefully throughout my stay whenever the surroundings were quiet. The location is very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to access everything I need.

There was no note inside the flat informing me that I could use the Wi-Fi from the bar. The oven was not clean inside, and there was no insulation between the bar and Flats 1 and 2. The music is very loud and vibrates through the flats, which can cause significant discomfort, anxiety, and distress. When the bar closes at midnight, the staff often continues with a party until around 2 a.m., laughing and talking loudly both inside and outside the bar, and banging doors and furniture. They mentioned that the building is very old; in that case, it should be renovated to make the flats soundproof.

The location was marvellous. The view of the beautiful harbour, with the tide ebbing and flowing was wonderful.

Access to the shared front door was scruffy. Inside the property was neat. You get what you pay for. We were surprised to find the wash basin was in the bedroom - the 'bathroom' only had a shower and a toilet. We expected some noise from the bar underneath, but Saturday night was a nightmare of intense booming music preventing sleep until after 1am. Friday and Sunday were not as bad, but still very noisy. We won't go there again

Obviously the location. Sea view, above a bar, which was nice and quiet. But it is winter. Fully equipped kitchen.

Not so much dislike more a constructive criticism. Dinning table could do with a light above. Sink in bedroom could also do with alight above the mirror.

Very noisy but got used to it only problem lots of banging i think it was the gate from below someone may have fell against it as it got broke and heard the banging people probably drunk bar too close to apartments didn't mind music living room settee and chair a bit small and uncomfortable heaters didn't work shower cubicle too small and to close to toilet too many steep stairs

You couldn't get a better location, being perfectly situated on the front promenade and close to all the cafes, restaurants and places to visit.

We read the reviews on how noisy this place could get and we're prepared to take the chance. It can definitely be quite a noisy place from the bar underneath, especially at the weekends and during weekday evenings. You definitely need to be someone who doesn't mind this and / or a heavy sleeper to get through it all. Needs a little updating especially in the shower / toilet.

Excellent location. There are many food and drink places nearby. Brilliant view. The pub below did not bother us as it closes just after midnight. Clean.

The bed is falling apart - specifically the headboard. No washing machine. Only 1 toilet paper roll for the 6 nights stay. Overall the place is quite small.

This is a great location. Right on the front.

It gets noisy, especially around closing time and when the seagulls gather but I expected that. I took earplugs but didn’t use them.

Location absolutely fantastic, everything else great too (just one negative problem mentioned below)

The noise and vibrations from bar below, and shouting from rowdy customers, especially Fri and Sat.
