VICHY - Dale Street Amazing City Center Apartments

The apartment is close to the city center. It is nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment is too small for 4 people. The living room is too small when you opening out the sofa bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Lovely, comfortable flat walkable to train station and town centre. Well equipped kitchen and having the washing machine/dryer was great since our trip was extended. Great value for money especially as all the other hotels/apartment that weekend was super expensive.

The sofa needed to be moved in order to convert to bed and when we did do so the mattress was way too uncomfortable. Our 10yo slept in the sofa without opening it up and it was perfectly comfy.

Location and space.

Check in instructions not very clear, trying to find the key box was a nightmare!! We were not the only ones that had trouble.

Location and cleanliness

I emailed the host to say one of the beds didnt fold out. He said he would get the maintenance team to take a look but no one came. We had to spend the weekend with 5 adults in 2 beds. It was a good job that there wasn't 6 of us as initially planned.

The property was right at the city centre, we didn’t have to walk for to get to the nightlife but still far enough that you couldn’t hear the music from the apartment. It was very clean and well kept, overall a great property.

There was a slight difference between what I had booked and what I thought I had booked. I think it needs to be made more clear before booking that it is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

We had everything we needed. Place was clean and very comfortable
