The location was perfect. Short walk downhill to Westward Ho! And beach. Friendly hosts with tea ,coffee, milk and biscuits supplied.

A sink in the kitchenette would be helpful to wash up and lights under step that leads from kitchenette to bedroom. In the dark it is hard to see it.

I liked the accuracy of the description. It was exactly as described. Good view of the sea. Beach towels provided. Fresh milk in a fridge. Plenty of space.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Great location and very comfortable.. Highly recommend! :)

The property is part of the owners property and is a lovely, well decorated little annex. Bathroom (shower) is really nice and modern and the rest of the property is similarly modern. Nice little foyer with microwave, tea and coffee facilities etc, absolutely perfect for a couple to enjoy for a long weekend or longer in comfort. Bedroom was very nice and clean and comfortable bed with excellent bedding. Little wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. We met our hosts Nikki and Simon on the morning after we arrived and they were both lovely. The location was just up the hill from the beach and the seafront, far enough away to be nice and quiet, but close enough to everything in just a few mins. Overall a really excellent experience and we would definitely use again if we visited North Devon next time.
