This apartment exceeded our expectations. It is newly renovated with high quality features. Beautiful tile floors, with in-floor heating (for colder months), huge bathroom, large walk-in shower, king bed, and fun lighting throughout that you can modify to suit your vibe. Some places have crappy lighting, but the owners put a lot of thought into making the place feel warm balancing the modern vibe. It was great to be able to do laundry, and I was very grateful for the host to save a parking space for us. Parking is pretty crazy, so we didn't move the car, but it wasn't necessary to use a car after arrival. Old town is very close, plus other cool neighborhoods. The aircon was very nice in the warm afternoons, and my husband was thrilled to find ice cube trays provided to make ice! The apartment was on the 3rd floor in US terms, 2nd floor in EU terms. The neighborhood was very safe and close to so much. I highly recommend Biri Bela restaurant, as recommended by the host, and another favorite was Uje Oil Bar restaurant for an amazing dinner.

The apartment was spotless and beautiful. The location was a short walk to the palace with everything you would need nearby. We did not want to leave.

Not the fault of the host, but the water pressure in the shower could have been better. I really enjoyed being able to see the bell tower of the Cathedral of St. Domnius from the window in the shower, so cool.

I had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated apartment in Split. The modern renovation was done to perfection, making the space feel fresh and luxurious. It was clear that the owners paid attention to every detail, as the apartment was equipped with everything one could need – I didn’t miss a thing! The location was also fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. One small note: the air conditioner is located in the lounge, which made it a bit challenging to cool the bedroom (I visited in a summer with ~32°C+). However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend!

This apartment was so clean !!! It had everything we could possibly need and more. Lovely treats left for us in the fridge… our host was so attentive and very helpful. Fantastically clean and comfortable .

The location is great. Five minutes to the 1700 years old city center where most of the restaurants are located. The fruit and vegetable market is behind the apartment and the grocery store is one minute away. The Marjan forest park with a wonderful promenade by the sea (you can get the bike or just walk) and beautiful viewpoints with a panoramic view (there is also a great restaurant on the 1. viewpoint) is also 5 minutes away. There are also so many beaches if you want to go swimming or enjoy the sun. However, you don't need a car to go around and see everything. A pleasant or beautifully decorated apartment with all facilities within easy reach, as well as friendly and accommodating hosts highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay in this wonderful city.

The apartment and everything I needed for a pleasant stay lived up to my expectations. So, I can't find a single negative for my stay in this apartment and city.
