"Hopeless communication"

They said the room was confirmed and also gave confirmation no, but informed that room was not available. Though I made many calls, they did not reply. Best to avoid this hotel room. I was left with my family on the road at midnight. Worst experience

Hopeless communication. I think u should blacklist this hotel or we may not believe u

"Passable"

Location fine.

Wash basin in between two rooms stinks. A/c Machine running, chillness lowest level.
