Appartement was niet schoon. In slaapkamers lag overal een stoflaag op. Glazen waren vies en vloer en eettafel erg plakkerig. Communicatie met de accommodatie liep via whatsapp maar er werd niet op gereageerd als ik een vraag had. Ontvangst was niet echt hartelijk. We moesten een borg betalen maar de accommodatie reageert niet op mijn verzoek om dat terug te storten.

The apartment was light, bright, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen with an espresso machine. The YouTube videos were very helpful and informative on how to use the appliances.

The staff was not always easy to reach or approachable. They could have been more proactive and friendly in messages since we never actually saw them in person.

It was really hot in Oxford so the air conditioning was a godsend

Nothing, it was a lovely property, the only thing was that they had little bottles of conditioner and shampoo but no shower gel

Exceptionaly clean property, and beds were very comfy.

The apartments are very beautiful and in a great location. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Not a dislike but a suggestion, if you could consider having blackout curtains.

Perfect location - fantastic facilities with everything you need - very clean and beautifully decorated. Rooms were all great and supplied with toiletries, slippers, dressing gowns and plenty of towels. And air conditioning was brilliant in the heat this weekend. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. On-site parking was very secure and local buses into Oxford were nearby and regular A fantastic place to stay for Oxford Would highly recommend and will definitely book again. Thank you

Lovely spacious apartment, had everything we needed

Only thing missing was a lift but our lovely hostess Elena helped us getting our luggage to our room.

Games and super comfy bed for our toddler, lot of great equipment, very comfy for our family trip. Convenient location for us. Very nice looking. Easy communication.
