The tiny lane 😬 The posts outside car park, make it a bit tight to maneuver a large car 😬😬

"Very comfortable room"

Met by the owner, by chance. He was friendly and welcoming. It has a high standard of finish and important little details such as sachets of oat milk and toiletries including toothbrushes and ear plugs.

The room was warm and we didn’t see thermostat until the next day as it’s partially hidden by the wardrobe. So we slept with the window open. This is not the owners fault but he had a delivery at 0730. The door bell started the dogs barking, the driver then had a conversation through the RING doorbell outside our window before unloading a pallet of wood adjacent to the window. It was just a shame as we wanted a quiet place for a lie in.

"A lovely place to stay, and one that I will try to book again."

Located close to Brands Hatch, which was an essential requirement for me. Room was a reasonable size for one guest. Lots of ‘attention to detail’ had gone into preparing this accommodation. Exceptionally clean and well presented, with equally well presented en-suite. Parking was good. Access to property was easy, using coded key box. Close to an amazing (and popular) Indian Restaurant.

Television proved to be a technological challenge! Availability of someone to assist, would have been useful. However, the problem was clearly mine, and little to do with the set! Should the room be offered with an accompanying early breakfast (6.45) at some future time, then this would be a definite plus, and would go down well with officials and competitors from the circuit.

Cheap loo roll. Could do with a mini fridge for milk but not essential.

Perfect location for brands hatch. Fantastic pub down road within walking distance (Potobello inn) and great Indian restaurant just round the corner. Will definitely go back.
