Luxury Duplex Apartment 3 minutes from city centre

The apartment was presented very well and was very clean on arrival.

Apartment was presented very well and was very clean on arrival, but after being there for a short time the overwhelming smell of damp started playing havoc with my asthma and now have a chest infection and other guests had sinsus issues due to it

Spacious apartment.The apartment is on two floors. One floor for living room/kitchen and then the bathroom. Top floor for the bedrooms.

The area felt unsafe, watched youths on balaclavas riding around taunting the police and in the area there was often seen crowds of youths congregating. The accommodation was tired, needed some decorative touching up and some fixing. Living room door handle broken from the inside upon arrival therefore unable to close the door or we would be locked in the living room. We did tell the hosts that it needed fixing before the next rental. The apartment was on a busy main road and there was some noise from the traffic. Overall the accomodation was ok for the price. Fine for a few days in Belfast which is a great bustling city.

Great location, all three beds were super comfy and the rooms were very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything.

The shower has seen better days and could have had better water pressure, but it still did the job!

Lovely apartment, quiet location, within walking distance of Belfast City centre, local bus route close by too. Comfortable beds, good shower, well equipped kitchen and lounge.

Location and size.

The front bedroom was very cold. No instructions for the TV or washing machine or heating. Door handle in living room looked like it was about fall off.
