La ubicación y todo bonito, ordenado y limpio

La ubicación es genial

Faltaban mantas y al prender calefacción saltaba la luz, pasamos frío

Que está muy céntrico y a pie de todo.

Que al llegar faltó! Una almohada cuando de una cama y tuvimos que hablar con el casero! Y la luz de un cuarto no había!.. había una sartén q no pudimos hacer un filete y hacerlo en una hoya, una cama las sabanas amarillas! Y el suelo los niños los calcetines se pusieron negros de no fregar el suelo todo muy limpio!

La ubicación

El apartamento es muy frio, la maquina de aire del salón no tenía pilas y teníamos que estar cambiando con otro mando cada vez que entendíamos o apagabamos, faltaba una almohada en una cama. El baño es muy pequeño para 5 personas y la placa no desaguaba bien, con lo que teníamos que ducharnos súper rápido para que no rebosase

The fridge was turned off when we arrived, the internet had issues and we didn't have WIFI in our entire stay. The issue with the fridge was a huge problem my mom is a diabetic and needs to keep her insulin in the fridge. My sister has to keep temperature sensitive medication in the fridge as well and they warmed up due to the fridge taking a day and a half to cool full force. The staff was rude via text, they didn't provide a solution for the internet issue and denied any compensation for the inconvenience of the internet and denied the fridge having issues. They know very well the fridge was turned off before our stay and it was not cold when we got there. Booking provided a partial compensation for everything that happened. Also you have to fill out a questionnaire that asks for your IDs and a selfie. I can understand they might be law related matters that require the documents but the selfies of all the parties that stayed was extreme.
