Accurate flight details are mandatory, failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation. Maximum duration of the stay should be 48 hours, as per airport security rules & regulation. Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure. Passengers can access the hotel with their luggage after scanning procedures as per airport security rules and regulation. Please note that guests with valid onward flight tickets can exit terminal 2 after check-in to the hotel. Valid passport/ ID proof is required to access the hotel facilities. Please note that any restricted and prohibited goods at airport will not be allowed in the hotel. Please note that all areas within the hotel and airport have been identified as Nonsmoking areas. As we are inside terminal building and sue to security reasons, guests/ visitors are not allowed in hotel but you can visit them at outside hotelPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. No direct lift to hotel. You need to change lift 2 times if your already inside the airport

The close proximity to the arrival and departure lounges Breakfast was fairly ok

1. They said i didn't pre book when I did...showed the proof. 2. Wifi asked for surname...didn't gonnect...gave first name....connected. 3. Do they really charge by the hour? How much is it per hour? 4. Isn't there a free spa for the booking? If there was, wasn't told about it. Thank you.

"Clean and convenient hotel in T2"

Perfect location for a one night stop in Bombay. Be aware that you need to be arriving or departing T2 to stay. You can get a card from reception that allows you to leave the terminal and return, which I used to go and spend the evening exploring Bombay (airports in India generally have an extra layer of security for entering the terminals checking need to be there). My room was smallish, but fine and clean. Breakfast was fine, but Asian (as it should be), so not really to my taste. Staff were pleasant. The metro can be used to get into the city and down to near the Gateway of India (Churchgate) and is very cheap (70 Rupees one way). Be aware that there is sometimes confusion about the metro, for instance, I was told to get a taxi to a station 10 minutes away and travel in that way. No need to do that, the metro line can be accessed from the terminal. Alternatively, an Uber Go was about 800 Rupees all the way to Gateway of India.

Not so much the hotel, but more the airport staff, who didn’t seem to know where the hotel was and gave incorrect information.
