Upscale Studio, Walking Distance from The Old Town

It was clean and had a washing machine which was very helpful it is close to the town which is good taxis are very cheap from this place. I did however had trouble getting a takeaway order to this property but maybe that was my stupidity I’m not sure… the room is beautiful and a good view of the city threw the window. But very noisy but what do u except from a big city. The shower drainage is not the best is dose flood the floor and is abit of a pain we was made aware by the owner but I did not expect it to be as bad as I did keep turning the shower off to let it drain and it still took forever. As for the owner he was very helpful and kind and recommended places to visit and if there was and problems I’m sure he would be at hand. We enjoyed are stay here looking past the shower problem it was lovely and I would definitely recommend it and the city. Also to mention the lift is terrible it gets stuck and you have to go back down and up again it is a little scary at first when you think your stuck so I recommend using the stairs. And I would not recommend for people who struggle to walk like my father as he broke he’s leg not long before we went in this trip so this was not convenient.

Shower drainage, little too nosey, lift is a nightmare

We are extremely satisfied with our stay! The hosts are so friendly and kind! There are even recommendation book for Bucharest in the room. The room and the bathroom especially were extremely!!! Never have been to such clean place for rent. The towels and the sheets were clean and smelled nice! Also the location is perfect - 10 min walk distance to the old town. More over there is parking spot that you can use. The building is a bit old but you don't have to worry it is perfectly fine and nice, the room is renovated. Highly recommend!!!

If you stay in Bucharest choose it for sure! Everything was great! The room was spotless and exactly as it looked in the photos. It had all the essentials. It was very close to the old town and the area was quiet, so we slept very well at night. Our host was always available when we needed him. When we arrived he offered us snacks and a bottle of wine. He booked us a table at a restaurant when we asked and gave us directions on how to get around town. Octavian thank you for everything.

Octavian was a wonderful host, very responsive and therefore the check in went very smoothly. Also, he had left some snacks in the apartment and a bottle of wine and water so we felt very welcome coming in. He was also recommending us restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It also has a washing mashine and the washing liquid tablets! Also the location is perfect because the place is quiet but within a walking distance from the old town. The price and the quality definitely meet at this studio.

The place is pretty small and that does not come across from the pictures. The biggest turn iff for us was the shower. The drainage is working super slowly and therefore we avoided taking shower there as long as possible. Also the drain were smelling a bit. Moreover, be aware that even though the studio is very nice, renewed and all that, the buiding is old and a little scary. The lift is very small as well and can take barely 2 people with backpacks.

Very clean and he gave us wine, water and refreshment.

We did not like that we ask for more linen to sleep on the sofa, because we not a couple. and he asked 100 ron, because we did not said in advance.

Generally our stay in the apartment has made on us a really great impression. Starting from the location what it says in the description is actually really true you can find your way into the old town very fast on foot. Our host showed deep interest before we even arrive to Bucharest so we can feel sure and safe on providing all the necessary information from getting on the building easily to travel tips. Last but very important hygiene everything was very clean and had the necessary amenities. I would totally recommend it for accommodation. Thank you guys and i hope we visit you again.

The new furniture and the well equipped appartment, very clean. Location is also good, close to the Old town. It was quite in the night and we slept good. The owners gave us good advices about our stay in Romania, they are very nice.

The location, the contact with the owner who was very helpful and even offered us a parking space that we greatly appreciated!! The decoration of the apartment. The cute attentions (snacks and bottle of water), the air conditioning. Thank you for everything!!

The water was not draining properly in the shower, but the owner had already told us about it...the light on the mirror in the bathroom is amazing but only works when the light is on (I thought it would have been great to use it at night instead of the main light)
