"Superb"

It is a nice and clean property, very relaxing and peaceful. Owner is very friendly. Pool is great. Location is 5min away from Ostuni. They also have EV charging.

We had a problem with AC not working m, but the owner fixed it very fast. Breakfast is very simple, would love some more options. But it does the job.

Beautiful facility with lovely swimming pool and charming hosts.Perfectly located in the quiet countryside only a few kilometres from downtown Ostuni.Full fledged Italian breakfast!

Excellent services by Typney organisation. Nice room with perfect beds and a lovely host on the location itself. Basic breakfast services.

Very poor WIFI (partly unavailable, but always far to slow). Unfortunately still in line with earlier reviews. This really needs to be improved to cope with present accomodation standards. No desent seats on the patio only a massive stone bench. A few seats would make a big difference.

We really loved this place.... so nice,calm and beautyful... the staff mit was awesome...super friendly and very welcoming.We can highly recommend going there and enjoying your time. Breakfast was also excellent in comparison to regular Italien breakfasts. 😜

The rooms are maybe a bit small If you want to stay longer than a few days.

Breakfast Good Location and facility in general was good. The breakfast lady was very friendly and helpful.

WIFI was nonexistent in the Romantica room we stayed in and after texting to management nothing was resolved in the end. I booked the property especially for WIFI availability as I had to check in with my office email daily and this was very inconvenient. No bottle opener, or proper glasses or plates / cutlery were available in the room or at facility except at breakfast time which was very inconvenient if wanting to have a snack or drinks on the patio.

"wonderfull stay"

We had a wonderful stay. the room was clean and modern with a wonderful shower. we stayed 2 days and had the pool for ourselves. it was a pleasant and luxurious stay. breakfast is basic, not bad but not good either. staff is friendly and nice. would highly recommend!

we had, however, trouble finding the b&b. it wasn’t very clear what address to use. the b&b is located in the middle of nowhere (you neee a car!!!) but close to the city centre.
