Casa bellissima, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa una piscina e una terrazza fantastica. I proprietari sono stati incredibilmente gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aiutato in tutto e dato ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Ottima anche la posizione: zona tranquilla, vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni e all’aeroporto. Consigliatissima a chiunque voglia visitare Tenerife, grazie di cuore ai meravigliosi proprietari!

Well appointed apartment, lovely balcony area, spacious, access to pool, close to waterside walk and small beaches

A bit on the edge of things/ quiet - had to drive to get to good restaurants. And some of the pools complex wasnt clean/usable.

Everything was absolutely perfect, stunning, clean, modern apartment with everything we needed. Perfect location for pools, supermarket, restaurants across the road plus more a nice walk along the front at the beach. Hosts were on call for any questions & answered super fast.

Our stay was excepcional thanks to the great hospitality from Sandra and Fernando. We had logistics issues both with our arrival and departure and they were able to resolve them in a very quick & effective manner and with a very positive attitude. They offered us to do a late check out since a friend had to work, they offered numerous recommendations around the island (particularly local guachinches that were delicious and top rated, but different to the typical touristic places). Moreoever, they gave us a little present to welcome us! Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better host! The apartament was impressive. Bedrooms were highly spacious and had plenty of storage space. The beds were very comfy and it was great to get sunshine into the rooms. It was very well decorated and had everything you require for a trip. Finally, the area is great of you are looking for a place to relax in the island. Highly recommended! Truly looking forward to return to the island and stay back in Ático Cholas!!

Honestly, nothing I would change

We had an amazing stay at "Ático Cholas by the Beach" in San Miguel de Abona. The apartment was exactly as shown online—or even better! It was exceptionally clean and featured extremely comfortable beds. The location is unbeatable: nestled in a quiet, calm residential area, it’s just a short walk to the seaside with lovely paths perfect for walking or running. Nearby, you'll find beautiful beaches, a marina with a bar and restaurant, and easy access to the center and airport. One of the highlights was the stunning view. Both from the apartment and the rooftop, the panorama of the sea and the mountain Heide left us in awe. On top of that, the service was outstanding. The owners were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help us with everything—from organizing trips to recommending the best local restaurants and bars. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend "Ático Cholas by the Beach" for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in Tenerife.

Nothing at all – everything was perfect!

Very clean, comfy beds, spacious, nice rooftop patio, very helpful and communicative owners with lots of good tips.

When we were there in February the pool was quite cold. One small pool was being renovated so perhaps that one is normally kept warmer. But we didn’t mind as we’d rather spend our time at the beach anyhow.

Lovely owners were helpful, offering many suggestions, helping us booking restaurants. The penthouse is well-maintained. Highly recommended!
