Always Easy I Ático Plaza

Spacious 1BR 6th-floor apartment with separate kitchen and a wide balcony overlooking the beautiful Plaza Catalunia. With (tiny) elevator. The neighborhood feels authentic and off the tourist track yet close to everything. Not cheap, but worth the splurge. The property manager was very attentive and helpful.

For this price we would have expected a dish washer and air-conditioning (especially considering it's the top floor). Also, the windows don't close properly, which can be a problem during nights when noise is coming from terraces down below in the square. That is a fixable problem.

Excellent location very central with great views of Placa Catalunya and nearby church. Large spacious apartment with terrace. Mikel at Always Easy was helpful and flexible with the check in time.

Would be improved by being better equipped particularly in kitchen area.

Here's my review Location of the apartment is good, room clean Unfortunately no AC only one fan, no bottles of water as a courtesy, the worst is the elevator so tiny you can only fit one small luggage with one person we had to take it three times just to get our luggages into the room Because the room faces the plaza it was very noisy, we had no choice we left the windows of the living room open because it was hot. Only one star max two
