Love staying here close to my work when up there

Quiet, clean, lovely bathroom, comfortable, good sized rooms.

Had to put the kettle on the floor next to the electric switch to boil. There were only 2 coffee sachets....nothing else to drink or eat. I thought BnB meant bed and light breakfast....even if out of a packet! Could have had a small fridge. Needed a bedside light.

Love this place stay here every time I'm in Auckland it's close to what I do for work. Always clean and was a lot quieter from upstairs this time. Thank you

Love the place very clean and tidy.

The only downside fall for this place is the upstairs house bathroom is above your bedroom and you can hear everything that's going on in the bathroom it very loud 😆 nothing ear plugs won't fix.

The owner was lovely and the place was great. Perfect for what we needed.
