Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko komunikacja, restauracje i sklepy, blisko tramwaj wodny do Valetty. Mocnym punktem mieszkania jest jego lokalizacja. Właściciel właściwie i szybko zareagował na zgłoszoną usterkę.

Mieszkanie generalnie niezbyt czyste. Nie do końca posprzątane po poprzednich lokatorach, w kącikach pokoi brud, zasłony nie prane od dawna, brudne. Okna nieszczelne, przez co w mieszkaniu panował spory hałas z ulicy, zwłaszcza przeszkadzało to rano gdy chcieliśmy dłużej pospać. Przez nieszczelne okna było też zimno, musieliśmy sie dogrzewać.

La ubicación no estaba mal

El anfitrión fue amable en el trato inicial, sin embargo, durante la estancia no obtuve respuesta cuando le consulté sobre el problema con la calefacción. Lamentablemente, el estado del alojamiento no fue el adecuado. El cuarto de baño presentaba hongos y un olor insoportable, posiblemente debido a un problema de cañerías o a la falta de limpieza del sifón. La limpieza general era deficiente: el suelo, las cortinas y algunas estancias estaban sucias, y en mal estado. En la habitación donde dormí no funcionaban la calefacción, por lo que pasé mucho frío. Además, el ruido constante de los motores de los aires acondicionados del patio hizo muy difícil descansar y dormir. Considero que con una mejora importante en la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la atención durante la estancia, el alojamiento podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho mejor.

Peccato per la pulizia, intendo le federe e le coperte dei letti o anche gli asciugamani, ritrovate sporche e perfino bucate

Very friendly and helpful host :) Flat large, spacious, in a great location. Comfortable beds. You can't hear the neighbours. Although the flat is located on the street, the balcony overlooks the patio and greenery and wakes you up in the morning to the singing of birds. Various small shops around. Next to a great fish shop (there is also a butcher's shop next door), where it is really worth buying a fish for lunch (I especially recommend trying sea bass and red snapper-revelation). Nearby bus stops (up to 5 min on foot). Good base to Valletta city (by bus 12-15 min) or to Sliema and St. Julians. I also recommend travelling to Valletta by ferry from Sliema Ferries station. It is about a 18 min walk. The ferries run frequently and it only takes around 8min. It is also worth buying a weekly bus pass (25 eur) or at least a 12-ride ticket (21 eur).
