Geiger's Camp in Timbavati Game Reserve by NEWMARK

This is near perfection. We enjoyed our stay from beginning to the end. I am not use to give a 10 but they totally deserved it. Our guide Landon and our tracker Jacky both with a massive experience definitely went above and beyond to let us have a wonderful game experience. The lodge staff were exceptional, always there to help us or offer us anything. Our suite was stunning (maybe even too big for us two).

I cannot think of anything, I hope to go again in future.

It felt very private, with only a few villas in the camp. It was beautifully designed and decorated. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing

Food- breakfast, lunch and dinner all unbelievable. A mix of fine dining, meals in the bush, and a proper Braai! And all was presented like art. Allergy was well accommodated. Hats of to John and Ola perfect! No shortage of inclusive drinks available throughout the day from the well stocked fridge or mini bar in the room. Service- Musa and Jan made us feel totally at home, even rescuing a spider from our room one evening! Nothing was too much to ask. We were on our honeymoon and we were given such a special time. Drives- the trip would not have been as amazing as it was without Hayden and Patrick our guide and tracker. We saw so much, and learned so much through their passion. Their excitement at a great sighting just added to the buzz of the experience. We even had blankets and hot water bottles provided when the weather demanded. I can't express enough how much their skill and wonderful attitudes really makes the experience even more special. We had the most wonderful time and it was so hard to leave this perfect special place. I'm sure we will be back in time and will send our friends your way, as we know they'll be looked after.

Having to leave was the only thing I didn't like

the lodge is sensational. apart from the super friendly welcome - you feel welcome from the first moment - to the super team, which is there with heart and soul and fulfills every wish, to amazing gamedrives and sensational food - this accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. Many thanks to Musa and his team, chef Ola (miss your smile a and enthusiasm for cooking), Rudolf and Lot for the many great gamedrives - we enjoyed every minute of it!

Outstanding - exceptional safari experience in an intimidate 5 suites lodge in the Motswari game reserve ! Big five and much more rare animals in beautiful nature & game drives . Outstanding cook & staff !

It was magical and everything about it made it the trip of a lifetime from the setting, the food (exquisite) and the staff who were exceptional. Huge thanks to our superb guides Landon and Jacky who made our trip by finding us the three big cats lion, leopard and cheetah as well as a host of other animals as well. Thank you guys.

What an amazing place in an even more incredible setting! We stayed for 3 nights and from start to finish we couldn’t fault anything! Thank you to the brilliant staff who were always on hand to help with anything, from the house staff to the tracker and guide, these incredible people made this trip even more memorable!

Absolutely nothing!

What’s not to like. Geigers camp was a phenomenal experience and it was truly because of the amazing team. From the greetings, game drive, meals, hospitality, the amenities on the property, special surprise events throughout the week and the level of comfort and cleanliness this place brought is something I have not experienced before. Incredible and unique experience that I am grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.
