Please note compulsory conservation levies per person per night are applicable and excluded from the rates.A gate entrance fee of ZAR 150 per vehicle is applicable and payable upon entrance to the reserve. Please note check in takes place at the Motswari Private Game Reserve and guests will be transported to Geiger's Camp. Scheduled daily flights between OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) and Hoedspruit / Eastgate Airport take approximately 50 minutes, followed by a 50 minute road transfer to the lodge. Scheduled flights between Cape Town (6 times a week) and Hoedspruit take approximately 2 ½ hours, followed by a 50 minute road transfer to the lodge. Transfers can be arranged from Hoedspruit/Eastgate Airport to the lodge at an additional fee. Guests choosing to drive from OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) to the lodge are to make their own transfer arrangements – average travel time is 6/7 hours.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

This was simply a wonderful experience. Our first ever safari and we couldn't have asked for anyone better than our Tracker Jacky and most especially our Guide, Jeremy. They were both amazingly knowledgeable about so many subjects not just the animals but stars and constellations too ! And we had a laugh all the time with both them and the wonderful hospitality manager Anthony. We were very sad to wave good bye to them all as they felt like friends on our departure and what more can you ask from hotel staff than that? Facilities were amazing and with just a maximum 8 guests it was never busy and in fact we had the wonderful pool to ourselves the whole time. The drives were excellent and we were delighted that it was just 4 guests per vehicle making it far more intimate. Worth every penny coming here I can assure you. And lastly can't forget the terrific food served up by the chef Grace and always with a great big smile. But biggest smile must go to Anthony, a credit to the the Motswari Game Reserve.

We had an amazing experience, it was one of the best vacation destinations we've been to in our across the globe trips. The food was exceptional and the staff was absolutely delightful. I would book this place again without a thought.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. I honestly cannot think of a single thing as everything was fully catered to our needs and the staff was willing to accommodate with any request. I would say on the bookings.com site that they should list the closest airport locations would be a suggestation.
