Would comeback to stay here every chances i get. Beautiful property with addictive vibe and attentive staffs. Yen A cafe drinks menu are exceptional (Lychee Rose Oolong is the best).

Everything. It’s new, clean, well furnished with plenty of staff and high quality facilities. We loved our room, large comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, a small lounge area with table and double chaise lounge. Plenty of ambient lights, loads of storage and space to unpack all your belongings. Robes, slippers and the usual complimentary toiletries and tea making equipment, including a Chinese tea set. We had a small kitchenette which gave us a lot more space. All to a very good and comfortable standard. Could not fault the room. Staff spoke very good English and were extremely polite and helpful. We used the laundry room for a small fee so this was handy, the pool and gym were clean and well maintained.

The only thing we didn’t like were the large number of teenagers dressing up and constantly posing in restaurant area, this ruined the atmosphere which otherwise would have been a great place to hang out to relax or work in.

The drink selections and quality were great! The juice drinks I had felt like they were made from freshly sourced fruits and ingredients. The room was luxurious and modern. The facilities are quite extensive and family friendly. I would definitely take my family there in future visits.

The juice bar could have had more staff since there was a lot of demand from other travelers, but this is a rather nice problem to have.

Modena by Fraser Vinh Yen exceeded my expectations. The rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. Great facilities like the pool, gym, and a nice breakfast made the experience even better. A peaceful, well-located hotel. I’d definitely come back!

I stayed at Modena by Fraser Vinh Yen for three days and two nights and had an amazing time. The hotel offers a clean, spacious environment with all the necessary amenities. It’s very accommodating for families, especially with its safe and varied kids’ play area. Yen A Cafe & Dining tends to get busy on weekends, so the drink service was a bit slow, but the drinks made up for it with their great taste. I was particularly impressed by the Tra sua com deo. On top of that, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful — they introduced us to some authentic local restaurants and must-try specialties of Vinh Yen. It was a truly fulfilling and remarkable vacation.

All the staff were good, the room was clean, elegance and comfortable. Our kids enjoy playing around kid club and we had a great weekend getaway trip from Hanoi.
