Nice design and cozy accomodation, located in the city center. Appreciate the efforts made to refurbish the studio, considering the poor general state of the building.

We arrived at 10:30.pm after a 10h drive, being in transit. We received the instructions via email however when arriving at the location, there was absolutely no light in the interior courtyard, which made it difficult to identify the studio. The courtyard of the building is extremely filthy, dark and felt very unsafe in the late evening hrs. The room had been cleaned some time ago, as it already had dust, especially in the bathrooom; the kitchen had not been properly cleaned. The air was smelly (meaning the room had not been aired in some time) and there was a constant ticking/banging (coming probably from a pipe) which was very discomforting during the night.
