This is a fantastic property , really well presented and equipped with everything you need for a lovely break in mumbles, plus lots of extras you rarely find in a good value holiday property . And the owner is super responsive

Very clean, modern, perfect location - everything we needed for a great stay.

Parking situation wasn’t ideal - had to move car back and forth between car park and road opposite house based on timings. A guest permit for the road outside would make this house perfect.

特别好！首先地理位置优越，步行两分钟就到海边了，对于我们带狗出行的游客特别友好～停车场也离得近，停车很方便。另外旁边有超市，还有餐厅，简直是我们的梦中情房。房间里很干净！体验感很好！厨房有咖啡小饼干，卫生间有一些必需品，很贴心。和房东沟通顺利，回复及时，下次来玩还会选择住在这里！

Nothing, everything top notch from this lovely property.

Location was excellent. Beautifully presented and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Attention to detail: the provision of a wide choice of teas, coffee and toiletries was a very nice touch.

Would of been nice to have a dining table and chairs, especial if there were four people. We were only two so the two breakfast stools at the island were ok. Beds were rather low for anyone with creaky joints to get out of! The beds themselves were very comfortable.

Great location - in the centre of Mumbles with lots of cute coffee shops/Tesco/etc at your doorstep. Very responsive host every step of the way. The flat was modern, clean and spacious, and perfect for the three of us.

The parking situation was confusing! There is street parking for specific hours, or a paid parking lot. This made it tricky to plan when we should/shouldn't take the car out with us!
