LoLé sulla Via del Conero

The apartment was just right for one or two with a fully equipped kitchen (including, kindly, coffee and tea and some condiments), a comfy bed, a washing machine, and a very nice shower. Ceiling fans helped with the heat, good cross ventilation. No reserved parking, but I was able to find on-street parking nearby. Grocery store nearby. Angela, the owner, met me upon arrival and was most accommodating. When I had a problem with the toilet, she and her husband arrived very quickly to make the repair. Most responsive! 20 minute drive to Portonovo, 30 to Siriolo and Numana.

Unfortunately, there is no coffee bar in the neighborhood! This is not a luxury spot - some chipped and pealing paint here and there.

Nice and neat space. Everything needed for a longer stay provided, like washing liquids etc. Excellent Internet connection, we were able to work remotely from the apartament without any problems.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at LoLé Sulla Via del Conero, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Angela with the warmest hospitality that made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is an absolute gem. It is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of traditional amenities and charming touches that give it a unique character. I traveled with my 10 yr old son and we stayed 5 days 4 nights, we truly enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The apartment is spacious and next to the separated bedroom we had an extra spacious room for our luggage and other stuff, that was helpful to get the stuff out of the way, organized in that extra room. The overall amenities provided were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals with ease. The comfortable beds and linens ensured a restful night's sleep, and the ceiling ventilators in every room was a welcome relief during the warm summer days. We arrived during the hottest time of the year, and because the building is build by stone and in combination with the ceiling ventilators, it kept us nicely cool. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hosts Angela. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations for local activities and dining options. Her passion for the region was evident and greatly enhanced our overall experience. The proximity to the beach and local attractions made it an ideal base for exploring the area. We loved being just a short drive away from the beautiful Conero Riviera, with its pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. I came by car so I was able to travel easily throughout Ancona. Another plus point is the quietude in and around the apartment.
