MTDear Booking.com Support, I would like to request a refund for my recent booking. Upon arrival, we found that the apartment was not the same as shown in the photos on the listing. The accommodation did not match the advertised images, and as a result, we were not comfortable staying there. Because of this, we had to leave and book another hotel at our own expense. We did not stay in the apartment and incurred additional costs due to the inaccurate representation of the property.
