Nice and quiet apartment in Amager close to centre

The bed were comfortable. The area in nice with supermar6neaeby and bus and metro around 10 minute walk. Direct bus to airport. The living room is nice. It is quiet. Kitchen equipped with necessary stuff.

The bathroom is very small and a bit uncomfortable. The blinds let a lot of light throughout so we woke up way too early. It is a 4th floor without elevator. Very impersonal (key from locker, not even a welcome letter or a bit of touristic infor or trips about the neighborhood).

The size of the bathroom sink, the difficulty when it came to finding the WiFi password, there was a problem with the oven

Good connection to city centre and airport, metro 15min on foot, there are many shops, bars, restaurant and other places around the apartment. Apartment itself where clean, bedsheets and towels too.

First of all - check-in and owner - it was very bad. After booking (4months ago) we got automatic message on booking, that all information needed for check-in will be given 48 hours before arrival. Sadly, we didn’t get it. At the day of arrival, I tried to contact owner via booking platform, but there was no answer. Then we decides to write a message via phone, but still no answer. Later, when we had to check-in at the time, that was aproved by owner when booked, we could not get in, so we called couple of times to owner, but there was no answer. After spending a lot of time, we contacted booking support, that listened our problem and reached the owner, who said, that check-in instruction was send 4 months ago with automatic confirmation in small text at the bottom of the leter in comment section. When trying to use these instructions, there was another problems: the placement of keybox is writen uncorectly, moreover the box number we should find wasn’t there, so we had to take a guess which of 10 key boxes was ours. When entered the apartment, there was very cold (outside temperature +1), because the radiators was turned down to 1 of 5, luckely I spotted that imidietely as I entered and could make it warmer. In bathroom was very cold, because there is vent from the roof through which blows cold air from oustide, on the second day of our stay in the corridor spotted the thermostat which regulates geated floor in the bathroom and it was turned off too, after I changed it to warmer, the bathroom was warmer. The microwave in the kitchen and TV in the rooms wasn’t working too. Sofa bed in main rooms is not suitabled for tho people to sleep, as it is from three diferent parts.

Both beds in the living room and the bedroom were absolutely terrible. They were both extremely small (not enough for two people) and very uncomfortable, and they were also old. This made it impossible to sleep in them. Additionally, the apartment photos were taken with wide-angle lenses, making the space look much larger than it actually was, which felt misleading. The bathroom was not cleaned properly (no clean toilet brush, tiles covered in calcium buildup, etc.). The floors were extremely squeaky, and the entire apartment appeared to have had a quick “landlord special” makeover. It was also difficult to retrieve the keys from the designated box. When we complained, the owner showed no willingness to address the bed situation.
