"worst hotel ever. Everything on booking about it is not true. You should not list this hotel to protect customers."

Power outages and internet outages. No hot water. You have to ask at reception, and after 15–20 minutes there’s about a 50% chance you’ll get some hot water—otherwise, nothing. At night, rats run and scratch inside the walls. The breakfast is a bad joke. At reception, it’s mostly security guards rotating, and I constantly have to explain that I’m a guest and that the woman with me is my wife. I understand that standards in India may be different, but this hotel presents itself as a 4-star property? Absolute scam.
