Amber Inn by Orion Hotels

When we checked into our room we noticed the bedsheets didnt look super clean/fresh, so we went to ask for new sheets in the reception and they changed them right away. The man who showed us the room and changed our sheets were incredibly kind! (He was the ‘oldest’ of the men working that day). Sweet soul :)

The receptionist had a rude tone and arrogant attitude. (There was two men working when we arrived. I am refering to the younger man sitting behind the desk). Also the man who checked us out the day after, he was pushing too hard on giving a 5 review on Google, and even reached over the counter to press on the 5 stars on my husbands phone. I found it to be quite inappropriate. Besides that, the room just didnt feel very clean.

Nothing to like about this worst hotel

Worst hotel I ever stayed even it’s not a 1 star hotel even there is no charging point in the room and hotel staff attitude is very very bad

location was chosen by me so it was satisfactory

everything could have been better: no hot water in freezing delhi cold: 4.5 degrees on 12/12/24 no carpet: white marble making it even more cold. repairwork noise from room directly above, upon asking why so i was told that repairs have to happen as well @ 4.30 pm in the afternoon. rickety 30 year old television with only free channels was available. no side table lamps next to bed. only sidetables were present without lamps. requested the manager Animesh( similar name) to change my room to a front facing NOT DONE

We stayed there for 6-7 nights and we had a comfortable stay. The location was great as we have relatives staying in Sukhdev Vihar and this was super close to their place. The staff who did the check in was very polite and understanding. Overall the staff present were polite and courteous
