Location

We stayed in the upper level apartment. Dirty floor and bed. 1 roll of toilet paper. Traffic noise at night when sleeping. Guests in ground level room smoking. Guests in ground level room talking loudly at night when sleeping. No windows for fresh air. TV not connected to antenna or cable. Bed and linen are both terrible. Light switches are random. Exposed wiring. Stair case for access to apartment is very steep and may be difficult for some people with or without luggage.
