The pool was at a very comfortable temperature and clean, last few hotels in the area the water too cold and not so clean. We come to Baraboo regularly to see our granddaughter who loves to swim, so a nana friendly pool is always appreciated.

Hot tub jets not working, not such a big deal but would have been nice if there was a sign "not working, repair in progress" instead of us trying the button multiple times.

OK. Breakfast area was clean and well organized, and everything looked fresh.

Door hinge was loose. Checkout issue: went to check out ca 7:45 Thursday morning, 2/26. No one at desk, but sign said "Away from the desk helping another guest". 10-12 sets of key cards on front desk, indicating to me that they'd been away for a while. I had a meeting to get to and couldn't wait, so tossed my key cards in with the others and left. Maybe it was an emergency and couldn't be helped. A little weird during A.M. check-out time, though. Wanted to talk with a human, not fool around online.
