The Jacuzzi and Sauna was very nice as well a good view from the Jacuzzi to the Lake. When we arrive they were waiting us with a Champagne bottle.

We asked the day before if we can arrive at 10 am and they said no, then we had to work from Como, but what was unnacceptable was That in the afternoon they Sent me a message saying That the Check in after 17:00 will cost me 150Eur in addition and when I showed my unsatosfaction they mentioned they were going to Make an excemption (this was never communicated previous to the Reservation), so we had to hard stop our lunch and run to they property. In addition the room had a "not so nice smell" as the blanket smell like a humid sailor. Finally we had requested a late check out free of charges but the answer was a No with really low flexibility.
