Hormis la vue sur le golf… à fuir ! Appartement vétuste, sale et mal entretenu. À notre arrivée : toiles d’araignée, poussière sous les lits, canapé taché, fourmis jusque dans la chambre. Le matelas du lit principal est indigne : traces d’urine et de sang, usé depuis des années, retourné pour cacher l’état. Confort inexistant. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Réponse du propriétaire : “En vacances, la télévision n’est pas indispensable.” Remarque déplacée au vu du prix payé. Pour couronner le tout, deux heures de maintenance dès l’arrivée pour tenter de réparer la climatisation. Seule qualité : la vue sur le golf… mais cela ne compense en rien l’état général du logement. À éviter absolument.
