"Worth of money"

Nice concept, very clean, new facility.

Quite noisy at night, parking very hard to find (unless you coming with public transport), can improve on water purifier.

The room was quite big and a nice interior. The pillows on the bed were good and the shower got nice and hot.

There were no bottles of water. There was a kettle but no tea. The air conditioning did not work well, it was very warm in the room. And the outside space did not look cozy.

Very clean room. Not spacious, but good enough for a couple of nights when you're out exploring throughout the day. Clean and tidy guesthouse and café. Very friendly staff.

Bed was rather small. A/C was not strong. So, it was sufficient to cool to a pleasant room temperature, but not below ~22 degC.
