Such a wonderful atmosphere, great rooms, incredible service. A truely special place. The history, the artic spa and sauna, the incredible restaurant- Karoline. It was all sensational.

Extremely poor customer service and complete lack of empathy. Despite contacting them well in advance with a documented reason, they refused any form of flexibility or understanding. Not even a small gesture of goodwill. After many trips to Norway, I’ve never experienced such a cold and impersonal attitude. I will definitely choose other accommodations in the future — where hospitality still means something.

The surrounding was beautiful. The bed is comfortable. One of the best breakfast with good selection of food. The dinner is good too.

The cabin was smaller than expected considering the high price. There was hardly any space to open two luggages.

The cabin we stayed in was beautiful. So comfortable and with a lot of modern amenities and nice touches. The area itself is beautiful, even on the rainy day we were there. I had a massage which was fantastic- i really recommend!

The hotel is in an exceptional location, surrounded by mountains, and preserves the essence of an old fishing village with all the amenities. The cabins are cozy and very comfortable. The hotel staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is a must! Staying here during our visit to Lofoten was definitely a great choice.

Picturesque views and great historical architecture; breakfast was excellent; calm and clean; well decorated indoor.

Expensive but beautiful but expensive; the door beams in the apartment are not on the same height - watch your head.
