Actually meeting the host! its a small detail but its an important one! Location and apartment were great!

The apartment is lovely. Very spacious with 3 bathrooms and 2 sitting areas. Much larger than most we stayed in on our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washing machine was handy. The location is excellent close to Ortiga. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Very safe area and free parking ( although you may have to park a few blocks away).

The beds are extremely creaky. I could even hear when a family member turned over in one of the beds upstairs! Stairs are a bit narrow, especially coming down. The bathroom in the master bath doesn’t have a fan so we had to have the window open; forgot to close it overnight and mosquitoes came in. But both showers worked well and we had plenty of hot water for 4 people.

Great location, host super responsive and pleasant, decent size apartment, high cornice molded ceilings and 2 1/2 bathrooms, comfortable beds but squeeky

rooms could use better lighting, kitchen could have been better equipped, water flow from kitchen faucet was very low, entrance hallway to the apartment was dark and dingy.

The location was perfect for us ……and having parking outside our door was a huge bonus.

The apartment was spacious and clean but old. I think it was too expensive for the quality of the place. Renovation as shown in pictures more than 5 years ago. It was at a convenient location with free parking on the street.

It was noisy and the internal and external sound proofing was poor. For sure, didn't correspond to the rating I saw in booking.

location was good. Host was kind and helpful. flat was spacious and well equipped. Host provided many useful extras such as cotton buds.
